Active Projects
I am currently advancing each of these stories. I work continuously to edit the manuscripts, work rewrites or start a fresh chapter. I’m always striving to make these the best tales I can tell.
What begins as an unusual death in the depths of a city expands to a sinister threat haunting the Empire that rules over the grand metropolis at the edge of the known world.

World Building
These are projects that I plan to take further but are in the earliest stages. I write a few passages here and there and jot down a thing or two in the outline. However these works are mostly on the back burner.

The frights and challenges of Once Lit life bind them. Yet they soon realize their need for information and teaching of this new realm they have become a part of. Applicants are slim, in truth only one exists and enlisting him provides a new challenge. While our fledgling cohort works at learning life in two realms; forces older and darker than memory, work in the deepest shadows of the Once Lit to destroy them.
Untitled Series

How they came to the colonize this inhospitable place and why are lost to antiquity. Those who dwell in modern times have learned to harness power from this world their ancestors sought only to tame. But there is no end to the challenges. Those empowered are cursed, eventually turning on their own. The native peoples, after several losing wars, hide in the forests, waiting for revenge. And the great majestic god creatures that live eternally in this strange world march over the land, to devastation and rebirth.
